We purchase the Dimmable Lighted mirror Harmony 85 X 40 for our remodel home (for our master bath) in October 2021. The mirror arrived within a week, but it was broken in transit. I immediately call Sarah at IB Mirror and was instructed to send pictures of the damage mirror and pictures of outside package where the labels are, which I did. Sarah was very patient and processed the claim with FedEx right away. We received the replacement mirror within that same week we reported the damage. We haven't moved back to our home yet, but looking at the mirror when it turned on, we just love it! We hope to enjoy the mirror for many years to come. Thanks!
