The mirror arrived within a week, but it was broken in transit. I immediately call Sarah at IB Mirror and was instructed to send pictures of the damage mirror and pictures of outside package where the labels are, which I did. Sarah was very patient and processed the claim with FedEx right away. We received the replacement mirror within that same week we reported the damage.
