Love my new light mirror and the delivery and customer service was great. I contacted the company and requested to inspect the mirror before the delivery driver left which they happily arranged and the delivery driver even offered to dispose of the cardboard! Kai Z. - 2023-04-29Beautiful! The only negative comment we and the electrician have is that the instructions have you direct wiring without capping the electrical box. Ideally the connection of the mirror pigtail wires to the mains should be in a electrical box that completed enclosed. To achieve this a plate needs to be on the front of the box, with a strain relief or grommet for the pigtail. The back of the mirror sit flush with wall, which leaves very little room for this. To solve the issue we cut a recess in the drywall for the plate and grommet. It would be nice if the back of the had a recess for this or a box for the service connection.

The mirror is well made, looks amazing, and is exactly what we wanted, but we haven't installed it yet. Disappointed in the high cost of shipping and the credit card surcharge for a foreign transaction fee. The address is listed as FL on the IB Mirror website but the transaction went through Montreal (hence, the extra fee). So heads up there if you're purchasing with a credit card.
