When contacting the company for information - everyone we spoke with was very helpful and friendly. Of all the LE and back lit mirrors we found, this had the best combination of features for the best value. The mirror came quickly. Through a series of remodeling delays, it was just installed this week. It is beautiful! After using it a few days, I notice that the quality of the mirror is much clearer and better than the standard mirror we had before. A nice surprise. Our mirror is on a dimmer and we love it! Our designer took a picture to share with other clients. Another advantage is this mirror was less overall than purchasing separate mirrors and lighting over our two master bath sinks.

So Far It's Beautiful. I received my 85 inch Paris Mirror as scheduled. The box did have a slight tear so I had the contractor help me open it and check out the mirror. All was good.
