All were beautifully packed for shipping in wooden crates, then double cardboard boxed with thick foam padding. The corners of the crates were even reinforced with metal plates. The provided Z-bracket mounting system is superb. The medicine cabinet uses two shorter Z type brackets. Take the time to make sure your walls are dead flat so the mirror frames hang flush against the walls with no gaps. With the medicine cabinet lay a strait-edge across the face of the brackets to ensure they are in the same plane. If you have even slightly wavy walls the brackets won't be perfectly parallel and the cabinet make not seat perfectly. Should that happen you may get an unpleasant surprise when you open the doors the first time. Don't ask me how I know. In conclusion, everything about this product, the company, the people, the service is superb. Marilena was great. These are the Rolls Royce of LED mirrors and cabinets. As a GC, I'll be buying more of these in the future.
