Delivery and Returns
We ship by FedEx Ground or FedEx Express option:
- FedEx Ground: 4-7 Business Days
- FedEx Express: 1-3 Business Days
Shipping cost is calculated in your shopping cart and you can choose the option best for you.
Insurance: All our mirrors are insured with FedEx.
There is no additional cost for insurance – it is calculated in the shipping fee.
IMPORTANT: Please inspect you mirror as soon it is received. Make sure there is no damage and that you have received the mirror in good condition. You have 15 days from date received to make any claim and return the mirror to us. More info can be found on our Warranty Page
What to do if you received a damaged mirror?
If you receive a damaged mirror, please make a claim by email.
We require that you send us pictures of the damaged mirror and box.
We need the following:
1) one close-up picture of the damaged part of the mirror
2) one picture of the whole mirror
3) one picture of the whole box mirror was packaged in.
4) one close up picture of the shipping label.
Please email us with your pictures and order number details to email@example.com – once we receive your pictures we process order for your replacement mirror.
