The mirrors got ordered and begun and then the client changed their mind and we needed to go smaller. Marilena Picciola, with IB Mirrors, assisted with the cancelation of the original order and with placing the new order. with shipping and material delays the mirror was delayed well into the final phases of the project. When they arrived the shipping company had damaged one of the mirrors. We reached out to Marilena Picciola again and she got a new one Hotshot out to us to get it replaced very quickly. We greatly appreciate the assistance, communication and the final product. We will 100% be using IB Mirror again in the future.
